Being a boutique real estate agent means I’m not tied to a franchise, which gives me the freedom to work beyond the usual brand restrictions. Rather than applying the same generic marketing campaign for each and every house, I offer a truly personalised, premium service.
Working closely with a specialist branding agency, designers and architectural photographers, we create a customised campaign that highlights the key selling points of your property. The structure and quality of your marketing campaign will determine the amount of separation you create from other competitive properties on the market.
Because I live and work in the area I know it better than anyone else. I’m ingrained in the community and have a local database of buyers and sellers. I can also tell you about the local schools, which dairy sells sparkling water, the waiter that always gives out coloured pencils and paper when you go out for brunch and the best flat white as voted by the people who live here (which is subject to change at any time!).

With a degree in marketing and a passion for bringing a fresh creative approach to the market, I’m challenging the perception of the ‘typical agent’.
